The hotel was centrally located, making it a great spot for business travelers. It was easy to get to and only a short walk from the station. the hotel had excellent Wi-Fi services that were reliable and free to use. the breakfast in the morning was a nice touch. It was served hot and fresh and had a decent amount of variety.

The rooms were not as cozy as I would have preferred and lacked any personality. the lack of light-proof curtains in the room allowed for light from outside to slip into the room, which made it hard to get a good night's rest.

Breakfast and dinner was included in the price. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Location and the room were nice.

The offered dinner buffet, was a little bit small, 2 dishes to choose from! We decided not to eat there and went to a restaurant, which of course increased the price of the room a little.

The dinner in buffet form was unfortunately only of moderate quality. Breakfast is even better.

We stayed at a hotel close to the city center with easy on-street parking and a helpful clerk. Our room was modern and comfortable with a luxury feeling bathroom. the staff was welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast had everything we expected, and more based on other guests' comments.

The room had a sliding glass door to the bathroom, which felt a bit too exposed for comfort.

Everything was fine accept it lacked certain services.

For that amount of money, I would not expect to have to pay for 1) Parking (120 kr per day), 2) access to a gym (50 kr per day).

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the centre of town. We were able to easily access all the shops and services we needed. The room was amazing, with ironing facilities and a mini-bar for our convenience. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, and the dining area had a cozy atmosphere. this place provided exceptional service and amenities.

Soft Beds and not so wide. The room was too hot - bad night's sleep.

No terrace and no facilities for smoking, the only possibility was on the street in front of the hotel, standing. Noisy bar across the street.

Spent Easter in this hotel and it was a blast! Loved their free afternoon buffet and the included breakfast was fantastic. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city with shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away. The room was also very spacious and cozy, perfect for a relaxing Easter weekend.

My only complaint would be the lack of available parking, so if you're planning on driving there, be prepared for a hassle. However, everything else was top-notch and made up for the inconvenience of finding parking. a great experience that I'd recommend to anyone visiting the area.

nice breakfast

very noisy on 1st floor facing Rådhusgatan, due to nightclub opposite the street. upon request we were offered a completely silent room the next morning.

The breakfast, free evening meal, the free waffles during the afternoon and the nice room!

The room was too hot and too much noise from pubs next door, hard to sleep!
